6.7 Driven deformation

Some of you may remember this one. It was a tutorial for the new deformation feature in EIAS 2.0. We took the setup to show how a deformation region is driven by the action of another element in the scene. In this case the balls position controls the position of the deformation region for the bulge of the tube.

The statement that was used here is simple:

Tube.Region1.Position = Ball.Position;

The ability to drive deformation regions with external objects opens up a lot of unique animation abilities. You can use effectors to create visible control rigs which allow for animation of deformation regions with a precision and ease never before possible in Universe.
